Kristen Mackoul requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply. Our cancellation policy is strict. We require at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment without penalty. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. No shows are included under this policy.* *If you no show without any prior contact, you will be responsible for the total missed service amount in order to schedule again. Please make sure to confirm your appointment via the GlossGenius text you receive 2 days prior to your visit. If your appointment is not confirmed it may automatically be cancelled.
